This week I was joined in the studio by Krzysztof Sujata aka (Valiska). He has helped organize what will be a fantastic night of soundscapes, drones and experimentation on Nov. 1 at Vern's Tavern. We played some music from the artists appearing on Thursday as well as something from Valiska's latest release and some other good stuff he has been into lately.

Coming from across the Atlantic, Alberto Boccardi and Attilio Novellino bring their ethereal tones (and occasionally devastating drones) all the way from Italy. Joining them are local ambient veterans = (Avery Mitchell, Bryan Buss), and psych-drone experimenter Pale Lobo (Andrew Hume). Unfortunately, Valiska is unable to play the show due to contractual obligations related to his upcoming Soundasaurus performance, however this rare occasion promises to be something special, so do not miss it.

Bad news! Due to problems that Attilio and Alberto encountered upon trying to enter Canada, they are not able to play tomorrow. Although the lineup has changed, the show is still on and will feature local ambient veterans = (Avery Mitchell, Bryan Buss), psych-drone experimenter Pale Lobo (Andrew Hume), and the improv dronescapes of Dada Centurai (Andrew Hume and Whitney Ota) plus one more act TBD.
